We visited 2 consecutive days while in Ashland for the weekend. The best granita drinks. The coffee was fresh and refreshing! You also get a chocolate covered bean..so yummy

Edit: Went through today and ordered two drinks. Service is always great! I ordered a Poolside and an iced mocha. So glad everything was delicious! Thank you!!!!! Went through the drive thru and got two lemonades. I asked if they had any and they said yes. Service was great. I had just finished with my church's food pantry and my son and I were tired and thirsty. We paid and left. Our drinks looked like water but I had never had a non coffee drink there. We could not taste any lemon! Stirred it up and it had a little lemon taste. If they didn't do lemonade just tell me and I would have ordered something else.

Yay for this new location in Ashland, KY! Delicious coffees, teas, and foods. They have plenty to choose from on their menu and also have items for children. The coffee bean placed on top of each cup is a yummy treat! I always eat it first. The team is friendly and service is prompt.

I stopped by there today and had their featured drink for the month Java Chip. It was fabulously delicious!! I will absolutely revisit and definitely recommend The Human Bean to everyone I know! I also LOVE the fact that they have a kid's selection called Little Bean!

The coffee was great and those little beans are the best. The issue I had on my last visit was with an employee. My total was 12$ for 3 drinks I only had a 100$ bill. When I received my change I always separate my ones then noticed there was no ones. I counted it and she gave me back 80$. No big deal everybody makes mistakes so I informed her. She changed from being sweet to very rude and sounded like she thought I was lying. I noticed the big camera screen so I told her to go watch the camera I was 8$ short and watch the footage and see she only gave me 4 20$ bills and nothing else. She said she would then immediately came back with the money then forgot my other drink so I told her and she was rude again. After the way she acted idk if it was intentional or she was embarrassed or she just didn’t believe it. Either way it made me want to continue my business at Starbucks. If I was gonna lie I would tell them it was more than 8$ (which I would never do) Besides that I would’ve gladly waited till she watched the video or count the register. I know you can’t believe everyone who says they were shorted but until she was sure she definitely shouldn’t have acted so rude and basically call me a liar. She didn’t say that but her actions and attitude was clear. I had my teenage daughter with me and we both said that was the last time coming here and that’s a shame because we loved the coffee.
